Omni Air Transport is an innovative leader in private aviation, with a portfolio of services that include on-demand private charter; membership based private charter, aircraft management services and government contracts. Omni Aircraft Sales was born from Omni Air Transport in 2016 and specializes in Aircraft sales and brokerage services.
We are experiencing continued success and growth in both businesses and are now seeking an experienced Marketing Director to oversee both companies.


As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for defining and executing marketing strategies to position both Omni Air Transport and Omni Aircraft Sales services in the market place.
In addition, this newly created role will collaborate with other members of the team to develop productive positioning and messaging for sales collateral, content and demand generation. The Director of Marketing will be an effective communicator, problem solver, and possess strong understanding of the online advertising and marketing technology ecosystem with demonstrable success in ATL and BTL marketing efforts.


  • Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives.
  • Obtains market share by developing marketing plans and programs for both charter and aircraft brokerage efforts; directing promotional support.
  • Maintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer- relations programs; determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.
  • Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
  • Influences present and future markets by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.
  • Develops new uses for existing fleet by analyzing statistics regarding market development; acquiring and analyzing data; consulting with internal and external sources.
  • Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.
  • Provides marketing information by answering questions and requests.
  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Completes marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Maintains marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains marketing staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Develops marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Participate in the development of branding and corporate identity initiatives
  • Develop and implement marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions and other marketing projects
  • Develop sales forecasting and product branding plans
  • Establish and grow a target market share
  • Conduct customer, brand and product research initiatives
  • Offer expert advice to develop innovative advertising, public relations, social media and events
  • Negotiate with media partners to guarantee advantageous contracts
  • Work with new business development team and sales teams on brand initiatives
  • Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • May oversee the operation of a company’s website or email marketing program and provide analytics review
  • Working with sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.


  • 8-10 years of marketing experience, primarily in services marketing and ideally within a medium to large organization setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field. The candidate should have an understanding of basic marketing strategies, a passion for marketing and the drive and ownership to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content.
  • Past managerial experience is a must with experience in marketing and running a marketing team.
  • Creative thinking around innovative messaging and presentation strategies a must; roll up your sleeves to create/drive visual tools to sell/explain products and services.
  • Proven track record in performing well in a fast paced environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, writing, & presentation skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines and multiple requests.
  • The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork, ownership, initiative and integrity
  • Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
  • Well-versed in using SEO and social media strategies to attract travelers
  • Prepare and submit regular updates to CEO and President
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
